PE Competitions & Events Calendar

Our competition and events calendar allows teachers to plan, organise and manage fixtures, festivals and key sporting events in one central, accessible place. It streamlines scheduling, reduces the risk of clashes and ensures all staff are informed of upcoming activities, saving time and improving overall organisation.

Teachers can clearly map out participation opportunities across the academic year, helping to ensure a broad and balanced competition offer for all pupils. This makes it easier to track involvement, identify gaps and target specific groups, supporting inclusion and increased engagement in school sport. It also provides a clear record of events and participation, which is valuable when evidencing impact for funding such as the PE and Sport Premium and inspections by Ofsted.

Additionally, a shared calendar improves communication with staff, pupils and parents, ensuring everyone is aware of key dates and expectations. Ultimately, it supports more effective planning, better pupil experiences and a structured, strategic approach to delivering competitive sport within Physical Education.

School Calendar

Using the simple form and pupil select functionality, data can be inputted and recorded for all pupils. You can track what area of school sport the event is; Intra, Inter Level 2 or 3 and whether your school is being represented by A or B teams. Filters will allow to access data against gender, SEN, Pupil Premium and English as an additional language.

Results and multimedia evidence can be saved for the events and all data generated will be available to analyse within the reporting and analysis section.

A complete time saver for all staff. With the equipment lists and supporting resources within each lesson plan, staff can now focus on working with the pupils and ensuring their progress.
Mr Jones
PE Lead, Lane End Primary
As PE lead I am now confident that PE delivery is consistent across the whole school. The PE Passport scheme of work is structured to ensure any member of staff can pick it up and deliver lessons.
Mrs Hardacre
St Mark’s CofE
My staff were fearful of teaching PE as we have had outside providers for a number of years. Dance and Gymnastics was a particular area of worry but using the PE Passport lesson plans especially the videos has made this much easier.
