PE Reporting & Analysis

Our PE Reporting and Analysis tool enables teachers to turn assessment and participation data into clear, actionable insights. It brings together information from lessons, extra-curricular activities and competitions, allowing staff to quickly identify trends, track pupil progress and evaluate the impact of their provision without relying on time-consuming manual processes.

Teachers can generate accurate, professional reports to support planning, highlight strengths and address areas for development at both individual and whole-school level. This is particularly valuable for demonstrating progress over time, supporting funding decisions such as the PE and Sport Premium, and providing robust evidence for inspections by Ofsted.

Additionally, accessible data dashboards make it easier to monitor key groups, ensure inclusivity and adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs. By having all relevant information in one place, teachers can make more informed decisions, improve accountability and ultimately enhance the quality and impact of Physical Education across the school.

Reporting Data

You can also view the raw data of the curriculum such as the average assessment score as well as numbers participating in extra curricular club and representing the school in events and competitions.

Finally each pupil will have their own individual section where all data and evidence for that particular child is displayed.

Mr Jones
PE Lead, Lane End Primary
As PE lead I am now confident that PE delivery is consistent across the whole school. The PE Passport scheme of work is structured to ensure any member of staff can pick it up and deliver lessons.
Mrs Hardacre
St Mark’s CofE
My staff were fearful of teaching PE as we have had outside providers for a number of years. Dance and Gymnastics was a particular area of worry but using the PE Passport lesson plans especially the videos has made this much easier.
